The 2026 China International Chemical Technology and Equipment Fair (CTEF), approved by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, will be held from June 9-11 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Recently, we have received official replies from 11 authoritative associations covering the entire chemical industry chain across China, confirming their participation as supporting units and their deep involvement in this year's exhibition. This marks another leap forward for CTEF in terms of industry influence, professionalism, and resource integration capabilities!

These associations cover multiple sub-sectors across the upstream and downstream of the chemical industry chain—from high-end valves and special equipment to fine chemicals and environmental governance, from chlor-alkali and daily chemicals to rubber seals, coatings and dyes, and supporting services for petrochemical parks, forming a complete regional collaboration and industrial linkage network. They are not only promoters of local industrial development but also important forces in technological innovation and standard setting.

Each supporting association will fully leverage its organizational advantages and platform functions to uniformly organize member units to participate in and attend the exhibition, systematically integrating the strengths of all elements across the industry chain: upstream focusing on research institutions and technology transfer organizations; midstream linking equipment manufacturers, core component companies, and system integrators; and downstream connecting international trade platforms, EPC contractors, and key end-users (covering multiple fields such as petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, new energy, and environmental protection). Through precise profiling, targeted invitations, and tiered matchmaking, the association aims to shift from a "broad-based" approach to "targeted matching" between supply and demand, truly achieving efficient coupling of the technology chain, supply chain, and value chain.

Simultaneously, the association's expert team will provide enterprises with authoritative policy interpretations, industry development trend predictions, and, in conjunction with universities, research institutes, and testing and certification bodies, offer customized academic and technical services such as process optimization, equipment selection, and energy-saving diagnostics.

As a "lubricant" between the government and enterprises, the association accurately conveys preferential policies for enterprises, such as park construction, technological upgrading subsidies, first-of-its-kind equipment rewards, and green credit, enabling enterprises to "fully understand the policies and make full use of the benefits" as soon as possible. From June 9th to 11th, 2026, the annual International Chemical Technology and Equipment Conference will be held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. The conference will focus on eight key areas: core chemical process equipment and unit operations; special materials and corrosion protection for chemical equipment; chemical process safety and explosion-proof technology and equipment; fluid transport equipment; instrumentation and automation systems; chemical process R&D and analysis; smart chemistry and digital transformation; and chemical environmental protection technology and equipment. It is expected to attract over 100,000 professional visitors and nearly 100 purchasing delegations from 50 countries and regions worldwide.
