Restructured from the Sludge Resource Treatment Technology Research Institute of CRRC Times New Material, the company is a leading enterprise in solid-liquid separation. With over a decade of expertise, it has developed a full range of cloth walking filter presses and obtained more than 40 national patents, solving the problems of high labor dependence, low efficiency and poor dewatering effect of traditional equipment. Abstract: High-dry dewatering is the core link for harmless disposal and resource utilization of sludge. Traditional filter presses suffer from high energy consumption, unstable operation and high labor costs. This sharing elaborates on the technical features of self-developed fully automatic cloth walking filter press, which enables intelligent unattended operation. It reduces sludge volume by over 50% without extra operational costs. 5. Zhang Yue
Position: Professor & Doctoral Supervisor, Dean of Research Institute for Intrinsic Safety of Chemical Engineering, Changzhou University
He enjoys the Special Government Allowance from the State Council, and holds important posts in professional academic societies. His research focuses on chemical engineering, process intensification and environmental engineering. He has presided over more than 60 national and provincial projects and over 80 industrial projects, facilitated the commercialization of over 30 technological achievements, and owns 105 authorized invention patents and 4 published professional books. He has been awarded the Hou Debang Science and Technology Innovation Award in Chemical Industry and multiple provincial science and technology progress awards.
