• TC Series Ultrafine Grinding and Classifying Unit

Langfang Xinlongli Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., after more than 30 years of research and development, guided by aerodynamic theory, has absorbed the essence of technologies such as flat air jet mills, circulating tube air jet mills, impact jet mills, reverse jet mills, and AFG fluidized bed air jet mills. Pulverization fineness: 40-300 mesh. The unit overcomes the shortcomings of traditional pulverizers, solving problems such as difficulty in achieving the desired pulverization fineness, sieving difficulties, and excessively high temperatures. The unit is designed and manufactured as a closed negative-pressure system; there is no dust leakage during operation, and dust emissions fully meet national standards.

• FDW Series Cryogenic Pulverizer Unit

This pulverizer unit uses liquid nitrogen as a cold source. The material to be pulverized is rapidly cooled to an ultra-low temperature, reaching a brittle and easily pulverized state before entering the mechanical pulverizer chamber. Through the high-speed rotation of the impeller, the material repeatedly impacts, collides, shears, and rubs against the blades, toothed discs, and other materials, achieving the pulverizing effect. The pulverized material then enters an airflow screening mechanism for classification and collection. Material that does not meet the fineness requirements is returned to the hopper for further pulverization, while most of the cold air is recycled. This unit is particularly suitable for the fine pulverization of materials with high sugar, fat, oil, and gum content, and low melting and flash points.
