• Coaxial centrifugal acid and alkali resistant pump

1. Made of high-quality plastic injection molding, suitable for conveying various acidic and alkaline liquids, in cyclic operation, and compatible with different materials for different chemicals.
2. Temperature adaptability: FRPP - below 75 degrees Celsius, PVDF - below 90 degrees Celsius.
3. Unique shaft seal design: The non-dry-resistant type uses an internal Teflon Bellow Seal design. The dry-resistant type uses a combination of dual mechanical shaft seal working principles and an internal Teflon Bellow Seal design, equipped with a cooling water tank to cool the shaft seal system and ensure that the shaft seal will not be damaged during dry running.
4. Acid and alkali resistant, strong corrosion resistance, materials include FRPP and PVDF.
5. High efficiency, large flow rate, no self-priming capability. The pump is suitable for installation below the liquid level. If the inlet is above the liquid level, an inlet foot valve or self-priming cylinder must be installed to prevent pump damage during dry running.

• Self-priming acid and alkali resistant pump

1. Made of high-quality plastic injection molding, suitable for conveying and circulating acid and alkali solutions. Different materials are available to suit different solutions.
2. Unique shaft seal design, internal type, using Teflon Bellow Seal self-cooling design.
3. Resistant to acids and alkalis, with strong corrosion resistance. Materials available: FRPP and PVDF.
4. Self-priming design with built-in check valve to prevent backflow of liquid inside the pump. Suitable temperature: FRPP - below 75 degrees Celsius, PVDF - below 90 degrees Celsius.

• Vertical acid and alkali resistant pump that can run dry

1. The plastic material is injection molded from high-quality plastic, while the stainless steel material is precision cast. The dry-type liquid seal design ensures absolute resistance to dry running, preventing chemical gases from corroding the bearings and motor.
2. Suitable for conveying acid and alkali liquids in circulating operations.
3. Suitable for use with different materials for different chemicals.
4. Temperature adaptability: FRPP - below 75 degrees Celsius, PVDF - below 90 degrees Celsius. This pump model is available in external and internal tank designs. The internal tank design features a threaded connection between the front cover and the pump body, supplemented by plastic screws to withstand greater pump pressure and prevent damage to the pump due to corrosion of the metal screws by the chemical solution.
