HON MING Dry-Wet Combined Evaporative Air Cooler

To make heat exchangers suitable for a wider range of production processes and harsher on-site conditions, HON MING optimizes the combination of different heat exchange principles. Building on the high efficiency and energy savings of evaporative heat exchangers and incorporating the water-saving advantages of air-cooled heat exchangers, the group has developed the Dry-Wet Combined Evaporative Air Cooler, achieving multi-stage utilization of kinetic and thermal energy.

Suitable for processes requiring higher outlet temperature and safety.

High evaporation heat exchange efficiency; fluid cooling can approach ambient temperature.

Modular design and unified layout save space.

Suitable for cold northern regions, enabling waterless dry operation in winter to reduce costs.

HON MING MS/HS Series Evaporative Condensers

The evaporative condenser is a key heat exchange component in refrigeration systems. Its function is to condense the high-temperature, high-pressure superheated vapor refrigerant discharged by the compressor into a liquid state for system circulation to achieve refrigeration. HON MING's equipment is designed based on optimized heat transfer mechanisms. It utilizes the evaporation of the water film on the tube's external surface for mass and heat transfer to cool and condense the internal working fluid. It is equipped with cooling devices. Compared to water-cooled condensers, the average flow rate increases by about 15%-18%. Overall performance improves by 25%, equipment size is reduced, configured power is lowered, and both energy consumption and operating costs of the refrigeration system are significantly reduced.

The products are widely used in energy and chemical industries, pharmaceuticals, coal, power generation, industrial refrigeration, beer, beverages, food low-temperature processing, cold storage, building air conditioning, and refrigeration, among other fields.
